Leah Lozier was a 2014 Presidential Management Fellow (PMF) in the Office of Policy Development and Research, Program Evaluation Division, at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Leah’s current research is primarily focused and health and housing initiatives. Leah received her Ph.D. in neuroscience from Georgetown University where she conducted cognitive neuroscience research in both the neurology and psychology departments focused primarily on the neural bases of developmental disorders including autism spectrum disorders and conduct disorder.
