Elizabeth Bell

Elizabeth Bell is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration in the Department of Political Science at Miami University. Elizabeth’s research combines insights from public management and political science to 1) highlight the political roots of existing inequality in program access and outcomes and 2) craft evidence-based solutions that advance equity in government programs. A specialist in education policy, Elizabeth’s work has been published in journals such as The Journal of Politics, Public Administration Review, and American Educational Research Journal. Elizabeth holds a Ph.D. in Political Science with fields in public administration, public policy analysis, and advanced research methodology from the University of Oklahoma.
