Ruirui Kuang joined OES while working as a Senior Associate at the behavioral design firm ideas42. She has expertise in applying behavioral science insights to designing interventions for disadvantaged populations in the U.S., particularly in the areas of economic opportunity and healthcare access. Previously, Ruirui was awarded the Idea Translation Lab Fellowship to pursue an entrepreneurship project focused on developing scent-based learning tools for children with dyslexia. She was also a Finalist in the President’s Challenge, an annual social enterprise competition hosted by the Harvard Innovation Lab. She graduated cum laude from Harvard with a B.A. in History and minor in Global Health and Health Policy.
