Ryan Moore is a Methodology Fellow with OES, and concurrently serves as a professor in the Department of Government at American University in Washington, DC, a Senior Social Scientist with The Lab @ DC, and an affiliate of the research network on Experiments in Governance and Politics (EGAP). Ryan’s research interests center around statistical political methodology, with applications in American social policy. Methodologically, he develops and implements methods for political experiments, ecological data, missing data, causal inference, and geolocated data. Ryan is interested in federalism, direct democracy, and the politics of health care and the social safety net.
