Heidi Wallace is a Master of Public Policy candidate and a graduate student researcher at UC Berkeley. Her research interests revolve around using behavioral science in the public sector to enhance its effectiveness and support its workers and the people they serve. She previously worked in data analysis in the nonprofit sector and as a social worker in government and community mental health roles, and she has supported a variety of academic research projects in the public policy and psychology fields. She holds a Master of Social Work and a B.S. in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
