Heidi Wallace

Heidi Wallace is a Research Associate at The People Lab where she supports a variety of projects aimed at understanding how the public sector can best support its workforce and the people they serve. Prior to The People Lab, she worked in data analysis at a nonprofit organization in San Francisco. Her earlier experience included positions as a social worker in community mental health and government agencies. She holds a Master of Public Policy with an applied data science certificate from UC Berkeley, as well as a Master of Social Work and a B.S. in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
